The Software Swap is valid only for non-exocad-based dental CAD software and is offered only for DentalCAD Ultimate Bundle (Perpetual or Flex). The Software Swap is available from any participating distribution partner officially authorized to sell DentalCAD products.
Interested customers can access the offer by selecting any official reseller from the exocad website. The reseller must verify that the competitive CAD software is still working and eligible for the trade-in as listed on the order form (3Shape®, Dental Wings®/Straumann, Dentsply Sirona®) . Evidence that the competitive CAD license has been decommissioned must be sent by the reseller to exocad America within two (2) weeks from the offer purchase. In case of invalid or delayed proof, exocad will invoice the price difference to the reseller.
All exocad licenses are subject to automatic renewal after a one-year term (if not canceled). From the second year on, an annual subscription applies according to the license terms and the official price list. The deactivation/cancellation of the contract is possible until one month prior to the end of the contract. There is no partial repayment of fees in case of a cancellation before the end of the contract.
